The Ford Flex crossover debuted for the 2008 model year and remained in production through 2019. The model received a styling facelift for the 2013 model year that brought a number of new features. Equipped with three rows of seats, the funky-looking Flex had a boxy shape offering maximum utility. For example, all passenger seats could fold flat, creating up to 10 feet of interior storage length. A 3.5-liter V6 was standard, powering the front wheels. All-wheel drive was optional, and a twin-turbo version of the V6 was available to people seeking more power. Towing max capacity was 4,500 pounds. Despite its comfort, utility, and surf-wagon styling, the Ford Flex sold fewer than 300,000 units.
